Project I: Dynamic Compositions

The Focal point of this composition is on the right side where lines are about to merge. The lines are creating a visual flow and lead an eye around the entire composition. Repetition of lines and shapes is successfully leveraged and creates a sense of direction leading to a focal point. The brush pitt pan was used to create the unusually shaped lines to make drawing more interesting.  The overall design is successful with nicely emphasized focal point and interesting lines, but has some flaws. The top left corner looks empty and begs to be filled with lines. If I were creating my own drawing I would have not left it empty.
